Free Technical Support
We offer free community support on our public group forums. Our engineers monitor these forums for issues. Please take time to post questions and help others by providing answers and knowledge.

Premium Technical Support
All paid subscriptions come with premium support. Technical support is available Monday through Friday, 6am – 4pm PST. On our hosted, public cloud, premium accounts have a Support widget inside of the Codenvy interface to let you file tickets directly. Alternatively premium subscribers can file issues using the support email they recieved in their welcome email.

Please check our status page for the latest updates on our operational activity, maintenance windows, and incidents. You can add @codenvystatus Twitter account to your feed to get notifications from our status application. We have 24/7 monitoring and engineering on-call operations to minimize any issues that affect availability. If you believe you have a significant availability issue that we are not aware of, send a tweet to @codenvystatus to escalate the issue.
